I mean yea I did… and she’s currently only sentenced because there happened to be 1oz of weed there, which is bullshit.
I know they’re not done with the other charges.
I just think the bigger issue is neglectful and unsafe storage, regardless of the weed or the kid.What’s weird to me is she would have been fine if she didn’t have the weed and the kid, even if she still stored her gun in a smoothbrain way.

And while at it, drunk people seem a lot more aggressive than stoned ones. If they make weed and guns a problem, let’s add alcohol as well.
Even without any drug, alcohol or kid involved, leaving your loaded gun unattended in a handbag is wack.

It is illegal to have a firearm on your person while under the influence of alcohol, even one drink. Now as to how often that gets enforced is entirely another problem.
