For some reason I read Admiral Clancy as Admiral Clancy Brown. I was very confused for a second.

Well there was never admiral clancy brown but Clancy did star in an episode of Enterprise. S1E24 Desert Crossing:
“That Plankton is a clever beast. You’ve got to keep a sharp eye out for him, SpongeBob. The Krabby Patty law must be enforced. The future of the Krusty Krab depends on it.”
You know, I totally forgot that was him. One of the better early episodes, too. Showing the Humans that they’re antics we’re leaving a paper trail across the quadrant.
