That article has a bunch of FUD and pearl-clutching and question-asking, but practically zero examples of what sort of climate impact they’re actually speculating the dam might have.

It’s way more about political anti-China sentiment than it is about legitimate climate concerns, which might be appropriate for the community it was cross-posted from but seems off-topic here.
