Every time I imagine what I’m doing in the future, I am younger so I’m not even sure I’m looking into the future.
This resonates a lot… but I don’t quite understand where object permanence comes in. Anyone willing to explain?
I think they mean that they often don’t have the mental bandwidth to recall details about things that aren’t currently in front of them, which is really common for people with ADHD.
ADHD is like having a little less RAM than you’d like, so you can’t keep every chrome tab open for reference purposes.
