Edit: Here an article about a specific case of legal asylum. They applied for it, and are still waiting to get approved for a work application, and don’t have a court date for asylum until 2026, and that’s if they even get approved for all this. So you tell me, would you wait 3-4 years for a process to play out while you could get shipped back to a place you don’t feel safe?
