    Too big for micromobility and too limited to replace a car? That’s just the kind of niche that nobody wants to be in in traffic.

      I would argue recumbent trikes and even velomobiles still count as micromobility, but they’re really niche and unlikely to replace cars any time soon because they’re really niche.

      Also, expensive which helps make them really niche.

      Bonus also: Most places don’t have dedicated infrastructure for micromobility and until they do that will be a massive deterrent for many people.
