    The marinade is my own but I followed this for the bake time.

    For the sweet sauce

    • melt some white and brown sugar in a pan with water
    • add some spices if you like, I just added some kashmiri chilli powder (cinnamon and cardamom would’ve been nice)
    • make a corn starch slurry and add it to the pan. Mix until it’s thick.
