I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it didn’t fix it I don’t even know what to start with to troubleshoot the problem… help appreciated

Yeah I switched to Summit a long time ago. As much as I love the app, the dev isn’t maintaining it, so features are slowly breaking over time.
