I work in a few sectors
Vertical farming, which is having its version of a crypto winter. A good cull thins the crowd though, makes winners easier to spot. Aeroponics with no expensive robots looks like the winner. Genetic engineering in vertical farms will probably replace all fermented pharma stuff.
And regenerative arable farming, some really cool stuff happening with low skill robots and soil improvement.
