He’s like “no problem set one!” and I had to tell him “I understand this sounds like the worst thing for an employee to say, but I need you to set the deadline and I need you to hold me accountable. I need a tiny bit of external pressure.” He’s been very understanding without micro managing have to give credit
Yeah I got pretty lucky. I can be very frank about what I need, and he can be very frank about expectations. We just don’t run into confusion on these issues as a result. Works great.
