I’ve always had this question about exclusive private schools for extremely rich kids, like kids from multi-multi-millionaire families. This question applies to private schools from elementary to high school. Do their private chefs just pack them lunches, or do private schools have high-end food for lunch in the cafeterias?
Public schools are what Americans call private schools, the other ones are state schools, academies, council schools, etc.
Gentlemen’s clubs often serve the crap these guys were served at public (private) school.
i won’t usually make the case for a usamerican concept making sense (because most don’t), but the UK standard is kinda backwards, innit?
like, a “Public school” (UK) is very much not open to the public … a concept commonly referred to as being “private”, yeah?
