(https://wiki.dbzer0.com/piracy/megathread/) Also, how can I change the wiki theme to dark? Could it be set to default to the theme of the instance? (which in this case is dark).

We haven’t done any css theming on the wiki yet, it’s just using the vanilla django-wiki defaults. Perhaps in the future though :)
