What type/brand of laser level? Most have magnetic brackets so if you have an outside corner in the room that has a metal drywall corner it will stick to that, or any peice of metal can be screwed to the wall and the level can be stuck to that. Regardless of if you feel UBI is necessary or pointless, this group of people were selected and offered it for a set period of time. Then the Ford government promised them they would not cancel it.
