You’re sitting over here telling me you don’t want to learn to be a plumber, a pipe fitter, a doctor or a lawyer. Then you’re saying you’re not capable. But it’s not just about you. Anyone can do the job, the job exists, just no one wants to do that specific task. UNLESS, they are paid for it.
What if you somehow relate the thought to showers.

I could work on veer-coolers, I guess. Do I want to do it 40 hrs a wk, until the day I die? No. Do I want to do anything 40 hours a week till the day I die? Not really.

It’s not even about the task. I sure there is some one who would like to do the task but it’s never just that simple. You can’t just be an astronaut, you have to; goto school; be exceptional; etc.
Still just messing around but would it actually be a job if someone else would do it for free?
I’m OK with that, but at the same time I’d like to know what the cool jobs were.
Ok, but I’m going to stretch some logic here. If they are unable to do it, wouldn’t that mean they are unwilling to learn or figure it out?
There is a point in every cult where the leader increases restrictions and demands purity. What this does is eliminate the free thinking people by forcing them to chose. The more you impose these restrictions the crazier they get targeting only the most devote and the most codependent people.
What you end up with is an army of sycophants that will die before they leave the cult. Twitter will be the largest imposition of this strategy on a targeted group of people that i can think of. It’s time to start being afraid of the cult of elon.

You are wrong though. The reason we can’t understand it is they are being manipulated. Christians in particular have made themselves vulnerable, purposefully. Just go back to your Sunday school days and if you didn’t have them listen to the TV preachers in earnest. They are the sheep, they are being led. I’m not trying to be offense it’s just the facts. Even the trumpers who are church adverse fall for similar structures. Usually satellites of the church at large. Biggest facet I can think of is the gun nuts. It’s basically religion. In the 2A they trust. The overlap of the church gives them the same structure. Making them vulnerable to manipulation.
You and me too though. We just kinda sweep it under the rug. We let our phones run our lives. We feed on dopamine hits all day everyday.

Either way you’re not hearing me. Jobs are real things. No one wants to spend 40 hours a week climbing on roofs in the hot summer sun. They could want to know that stuff and they could want a baked in tan for all I care but they don’t want to exhaust their time and effort for nothing in return.
