1·1 year agoFor something that is positioned at L1 for an indefinite amount of time, with a large enough area to be effective as a solar shroud, it’ll definitely have an impact.
That kind of shroud is effectively a solar sail without the ship attached.

That was such a captivating speech. Although he may have had some weak episodes (as does any Doctor), if you need someone to give a captivating direct, Capaldi’s Doctor can’t be beat!
