As a Brit, beans and cheese on toast is probably my cheat meal. I don’t go overboard though and only have it once or twice a day.
He still protects paedophile priests though as described in this article from September last year.
I mean there is a reason, and that reason is they can get people to buy it twice.
It’s a shitty reason for consumers but a viable one for publishers nonetheless.

I do, it was immediately before I switched to a Brother.
Denjin@lemmings.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•My dearest Lemmy, what is the appliance you have the most beef with?2·5 days agoA dishwasher is, IMHO, not unnecessary. If they’re used efficiently ie only run when they’re full, they use considerably less water than washing by hand does, does a better job than I do and I push a button and don’t have to participate any more until it’s done. Plus, depending on the energy makeup of your country/home setup, use a lot less energy to heat the water than your domestic hot water does too.
I don’t think you understand the meaning of the prefix proto from the Greek πρωτο- meaning before.
Specifically proto-fascism is the precursor movements that became fascism, particularly in Italy in the early 20th century. It isn’t some generic term for “kinda a bit like some parts of fascism, I dunno maybe?”

Irregardless of the orientation of the people involved, if its two different gendered people having intercourse it’s heterosexual intercourse. It just wouldn’t be any fun for the people involved.
Too bad they’re the Utah Mammoth now.

Denjin@lemmings.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Would you rather live the life of an average person in the current era, or live as an absolute monarch 500 years ago? Why?15·11 days agoFor context in 1525:
King of England: Henry VIII (with all the wives)
King of France: Francis I (with all the fighting the Holy Roman Empire and Pope)
King of Spain: Charles V (with all the being Holy Roman Emperor and inbreeding)
Emperor of China: Jiajing (with all the torturing and murdering dissenters)
Edit: I chose these 4 because between them they were monarchs of the 4 most powerful countries in the world at the time, especially Charles of Spain and Jiajing of China but France and England were soon poised to eclipse the others.
Excuse me seriously please and thank you
I’m just glad no-one said hockey in here, if you find hockey boring there’s no saving you.

My old dog was super racist. It was hideous to walk in town and she was happy to be there and chill with everyone until we meet one black person and she’d start growling and barking, baring teeth, hackles up, the works. Absolutely mortifying.
