Some interesting sounding ones.

The goddess says “kill the tsundere witch”

Looks like a job for a maid! The tales of a dismissed super maid
So far it’s been interesting but not quiet on Average Abilities level.
But that might be because not a lot has happened apart from being in the Demon Kings castle. Hopefully now she is escaping it will pick up more. But Mile defiantly has Mile qualities.
I don’t have a preference for book length. If I don’t enjoy it I will just stop and if I enjoy it a longer book is always nice.
But I do prefer shorter chapters. Long chapters can be hard to find a good stopping point. I have just finished the first chapter of <Abducted Princess Running Rampant: Wielding Forbidden Magic in the Demon King’s Castle Volume 1> at 100+ pages. It took me a while to start as the thought of a 100+ page chapter was too much, It just feels like a big commitment.
Also related to timing, shorter release times!
I read somewhere someone had their encryption key on their phone / another server and had the server pull the key via ftp on boot. Then the server and encryption key is separated but can decrypt its self as long on the ftp server is available.
Edit - might have been unraid where the OS and data drivers are separate
He was an HR guy in his previous life, and thinks of people as numbers.
So every HR person and senior management?
I am glad you understand that Nero is “So cool”
Secrets of the silent witch -Another-
Someone said my summoning word? Average Abilities
It’s on my list! I just need you to convince my boss to pay me to do my own thing.
I still need to read <Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for my Retirement> as well.
I’m running Kavita in parallel for my tiny Manga collection and I’m not really happy with it compared to Calibre-Web. The web-reader is better for mangas (that’s why I’m using it) but everything else is worse in comparison.
For actual reading I am looking at Tachimanga with the Kavita extension, it looks like as long as the files are recognised by the server properly it reflects fine. You can also find extensions for other sites if you get your manga that way.

what’s the difference between Kybook and the default Books app?
I haven’t used the default books app in a long time but it was just lacking in customisation when I tried it. Kybook3 lets you customise a lot and manage your books differently. It also has the function to connect to OPDS so you can directly connect to calibre-web or any other OPDS server like Project Gutenberg or Internet Archive to download books.
Please note - KyBook3 has not been updated in years and the premium sync service does not seem to be maintained. Do NOT spend money on the subscription. I think the Pro works, I can’t remember what it unlocks but as long as they are local to the app and don’t require an external server it’s fine.
Organisation -
Calibre-Web self hosted.
Was looking at Kavita the other day for organising manga and noticed they had a Light Novel library type.
Reading -
Kobo Libre2 + KOReader
Or
iPad mini + Kybook3
<Secrets of the silent witch> - Vol. 06
The latest volume of the silent witch. The school year continues with more people who know Monica joining. Can she keep her identity hidden? There is also trouble brewing with the sages. Can they save themselves?
The only let down is no Nero. Let’s skip winter so he can stop hibernating!
<Ascendance of a Bookworm: Hannelore’s Fifth Year at the Royal Academy> - Vol. 01
An interesting story. Like @NineSwords@ani.social said the first half is not very interesting. But it picks up in the second half. Surely there is going to be a Myne volume to explain what she is doing in the background.
It was interesting seeing more about the gods and how they interpret prays and their personalities. I just hope Hannelore makes it through ok and doesn’t become another Myne.
Also, can someone do something about the ex-prince. He just so annoying.
Is Ferdinand also carrying a Shumil everywhere incase of Myne being Myne?
And I am routing for Myne to join the Bride stealing Ditter match. Let’s have Hannelore as Mynes first wife!

The Dice has been rolled… You are one of the Shumils being hunted by Lutz in Part 1
I would probably go for Bookworm like NineSwords. But if there are no duplicates it would be a toss up between re-reading Death March or finally getting around to reading Spice and Wolf.
one of the better worlds to isekai into. Knocking on wood that I’ll be a noble.
Congratulations, the Dice have been rolled and you will be reincarnated as a … shumil
I needed to know why Nero is a cool guy
It was just a phase he used quite a bit and calls himself. But he is “So Cool” in his own right.
I am pretty sure you picked it up before and dropped it. I remember someone on this community commenting on the match sticks.
Bookworm and silent witch
Starts out like the Sleepy Princess anime in the first third of the volume, with the abducted princess running rampant in the demon king’s castle, ignoring everything that could be considered common sense. It then turns into a “Didn’t I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!” of sorts, with the princess running away to have some adventures and finding 3 more friends who are equally sheltered, overpowered, and clueless.

In the UK there is one that is pay as you go. (You pay per letter/parcel received)
I just put in the minimum deposit and used that. As long as no one actually sends anything it is basically free apart from the deposit. (I think it was £5)
