I’m not American myself. But have you watched the movie “don’t look up” ? It’s about a huge world wide threat, in the form of a comet, that will kill everyone. Politics (in an absurdist way) make it impossible to do something against the threat.

It’s a worldwide problem. People actively lobbying against climate laws are criminals and should be treated like it. People need to be educated and activated to fight it. That hasn’t happened yet. The damage is done.

You see. Temperature and climate aren’t the things that’ll kill us. We can adapt to almost anything as long as we agree to do it together. Even if its not “economically viable”. We have reached space and built towers higher than the clouds, for crying out loud.

But ecosystems in general will not adapt, at all. So realise that, if we succeed to change the course of this climate change, the ecosystems that are collapsing already will not magically fix themselves. In fact, they’ll still probably collapse. We are part of these systems too.

I would love to be positive about the small victories, but we are going to see some very hard to process changes in the coming years. It will get worse before anything will get better.

They were so unfair. Like you say. They were victims and very bitter about it.

My gaming friend who’s m-f is a female now, sure, whatever works for her. But why must I suddenly have a name for something I am. I didn’t choose any of this? Is it actually made to anoy me, it doesn’t. Is it something that happens because, in the modern day we live in, this is just a change that has to happen? I don’t know, probably.

What I do know is that the trans community is, in many cases, so unrelentingly hostile towards cis, because many don’t understand. Even against trans people, some communities create so many rules. My friend had trouble trying to fit in because she wasn’t trans enough for her discord group. Wtf?

Bottom line for me is; were all human, and that is more a problem than gender. Jealousy, pride, ego, it’s all part of a human and that goes for cis/trans and the lot.

And I think alot of cis people hate being called that because it’s new and it feels aggressive.

The dying is not the problem, that is part of the game. The problem here is that damage output of enemies is so exaggerated that even simple non-bosses can one shot all builds unless you go for ultra tanky. So basically what you’re saying is, don’t get hit or build specific tanks and not what you enjoy or you will die.

Also my quarrel is mainly with Elden Ring DLC, not every game. Base game is not bad with balancing honestly. The DLC is just ridiculous. And for the love of god, just because some people get kicks out of difficulty doesn’t mean it has to be more extreme every new instance. That fanbase sheep mentality will kill good games like this.

Dark souls 3 was more forgiving in the DLCs than this game.

Getting oneshot by most enemies is not “difficult” it’s lazy. Just upping damage on enemies is lazy. Take out the healing system if you want difficult. Dont just maximize damage.

Not trying to learn is such a weak excuse because you completed the game. I did so too and I think the game is less enjoyable because there is literally no room for mistakes. As unforgiving From software games are, this is just lazy design in my opinion.
