I can’t tell my hours, because I left it open while doing other stuff, and overnight etc. Same with Ark. Both have 8k+ hourly, but FFXIV has more (but isn’t in steam for me).

Weather update! It’s raining rocks from outer space.
Maybe, but it does say “Trump loving”, not Trump voting. I acknowledge and don’t hold too hard a grudge on people who don’t pay much attention and only vote on stuff they think will affect them. I still consider it selfish, but I will acknowledge some people have enough issues in their life to not realize how bad it could affect others.
For instance, one of my sisters friends voted for Trump in 2016 because she is a small business owner and thought he would be better for her business. I don’t know how she has voted since, and she’s a black mother in FL, so I hope she’s changed her mind.
Still, I have seen people make excuses for themselves that they have to be responsible for their employees as well etc etc, so someone with a not hateful mindset may make a decision those of us more informed or plugged into may realize is much worse for them either way.
Edit, forgot my original point. The above included I don’t think would be considered “Trump loving”, so I think by that statement she’s saying he loves more than just a policy or two.
I still replay those and enjoy them. Final Fantasy Tactics, War of the Lions as well. Personally I think they hold up, with maybe Secret of Mana being the worst of the three. I’m extremely positively biased toward Secret of Mana though as it was the first game me, my brother, and my sister could play at the same time on SNES, and was the first game we got with the system for that exact reason (we first experienced it visiting another house, before we even had a SNES, and they had a splitter. They showed us Secret of Mana and some multi-player basketball game I can’t quite recall).
It’s such a positive memory of us all being able to enjoy the same activity together without fighting over controllers etc(though maybe some fight over characters :P)
This is in no way a defense, but rather an accusation: many other companies pull or have pulled similar things. Hasbro famously used near slave labor when they partnered with Good Shepherd Sisters, one of many similar “Magdalene Laundries”; religious convents that some women were put in for sins as horrifying as “having a baby out of wedlock.”
Behind the Bastards discusses them in their episodes titled “How the catholic church murdered Ireland’s babies”
In one accident the only one who survived was a girl who stayed strapped into her seat.

Some theorize that staying strapped in saved her life.
Doesn’t taskkill /force also do so for the most part? Except maybe a system protected service or something. Haven’t tried it on those.
Some people mentioned there are some additional features locked behind the specific mount this comic is lambasting. Something about AH and mailbox. I haven’t played WoW so not sure how much of an advantage that is, but the closest FFXIV analogue imo is the extra retainers.
You only have 2 by default and pay an additional $2 a month for any extra. They allow you to basically bot farm some items every 30m to an hour(depends on how below your retainers level the target is) as well as more storage and selling capacity. Nothing is explicitly gated by it, but those who spend the money have a higher capability to earn in game money and/or have greater convenience if they use it properly.
For those of us who have had extra retainers for years, it’s cost us way more than $90, but it’s not a single huge purchase so can definitely seem like less in your head if you don’t take that one small step of reasoning.
I recommend the Behind the Bastards episode on him. He had a ton of opportunities available to him normal people don’t, including ones that aren’t strictly financial. For instance, he was allowed to ignore most of his other subjects in high school to concentrate on computer stuff. As a person who had similar interests in computers and sometimes not an interest in some other classes, that’s a huge advantage.
While I didn’t have too hard a time in school (only needed 2 classes to pass my final year), being able to concentrate on just computers(which were my electives) would have been far less stressful and would have allowed more concentration. That’s just one of many intangible benefits.
I saw… killing joke? Whatever movie was made off of that. The Batman Batgirl Makeout was completely unnecessary and more than a bit disturbing.
Mind you, that was only American artwork. Original Japanese:
Only way I’ve done em. I am basically incapable of standing in front of the same pot for 45 mins. Don’t get me wrong, I love cooking, but some of the really tedious styles, especially if also monotonous, I can’t do. I’d get distracted by something eventually.
I scrolled past before I realized that reference wasn’t really intended for humans.
That definitely helps from anecdotal information I was told, and I do the same. One of my younger sisters worked at a sorta prominent restaurant in Atlanta, and she complained that some of the high end clientele refused to look her in the eye. Sometimes she found it so insulting she’d act like she didn’t realize they were talking to her until they made eye contact.
I felt bad for enjoying it. Worked from home, hardly expected to go out, much less traffic. Most service related jobs I prefer to do myself (like haircuts like you mentioned) or am perfectly fine with minimal contact. In general I feel bad for service workers so even if they aren’t friendly with me (not that I ever really experienced that much) I wouldn’t mind, and also don’t mind self checkout and automation.
I may sound like I’m accusing others, and maybe that’s part of it, but the way service workers are expected to act certain ways with us feels like trying to perpetuate class based servitude. As long as they’re relatively professional and not outright insulting, I think it’s fine.
The US always tries to do what they think others are doing. Half of their crazy ideas are because they heard a rumor and/or assumed the Soviets were doing it. Mind control, truth serums, ESP, cat spies.
Haha, I was worried there were some obscure deaths I didn’t know about.
Needs more ass sliders for both. I need that cake. Looking at you FFXIV. Byregot can’t hog it all.
