Honestly Sakartvelo sounds so much better than Georgia, everyone should be using that instead. Others are equal in my opinion but Sakartvelo is just great.
Perhaps you could get off your high open-source horse and try reading what I actually wrote. I’m talking about cramming in a million buttons and 0.1 line height so there are 20 comments shown at once. I don’t need my mobile app to look like old.reddit.com, I need it to be actually readable and usable from a small screen. Ads (which are shown in the feed and can be scrolled past) have nothing to do with that.
Yes because ads are the only thing making a difference in the comfort of using an app. Comfortable design (that doesn’t try to cram a million things into a small phone screen) and intuitive navigation mean nothing I guess.
Because apps with ads (specifically Sync that I use) have better UX and more features than anything open-source. Sorry but that’s it.
Nice to see my six months of learning Deutsch didn’t go wasted and I can understand this meme.
(Leider kann nicht noch etwas interessant schreiben)
I’d say хз (the last one) is still used very commonly, but the rest are a bit outdated and I barely see them anymore.
Another thing I thought was outdated but some of my friends use is shortening common words. “I like” would be “мне нравится” and some people save themselves a second and write it like “мне нрав”.
And another thing I just thought of is “etc” equivalent in Russian, “и т.д.”, this one is used officially in documents etc, it’s a shortening of “и так далее”, literally “and so on”. And some people simplify it further by writing “итд” without spaces and dots.
A regular French thing I guess
Now on Tap also used OCR. Both Google Lens and Now on Tap get the same bullshit results on any languages that are not Latin. Literally, Ж gets read as >|< by both exactly the same.
Also in all Cyrillic languages since those don’t have an X letter and have to use ks (кс) instead
Honestly I grew out of Linkin Park and I haven’t listened to their old or new stuff for years now. I listen to Hybrid Theory like once a year or of nostalgia, but that’s it, I don’t actually get any musical enjoyment from them anymore. But A Thousand Suns is an exception. Such an incredible album. So powerful, so different from everything else they’ve made, and quite unique.
Was looking for this.
I don’t mind that there’s only one winning order too much. Could be cool to have more options but I’m okay with that design choice. Like you said, it’s a lot of effort for not a lot of players. I could still vary the gameplay during the missions and that’s good enough. Besides, I enjoyed the world and the characters more than in any other Arkane game, maybe on par with Prey, can’t put one above the other.
Interactivity really helps relate to the character you’re playing even if you’re not making any actual choices. And like you said, the dialogues are done pretty well to be enjoyable and not annoying. I liked Firewatch a lot.
Deathloop’s story basically means that you’re replaying the game because you failed your previous attempt at escaping. You can play it more than once, the game encourages you to, and I kinda want to, but I never did because I already won. In a lot of games replays are basically just “fresh starts” and here, they are part of the story, and ironically, that’s what’s stopping me.
I would guess this person pronounces it like “ooniversity” in which case it’s correct, it depends on if there’s a vowel or consonant sound, not what letter it is. But I never heard it pronounced that way, for me it’s always been “youniversity” and in that case it’s incorrect.
Garmin hybrid watch might be something you’d like.
No, just medieval ones. Modern or future fantasy is generally really cool, with or without magic.
Honestly, for some reason, I just strongly dislike everything set in the medieval fantasy setting. I tried watching Game of Thrones and dropped it because of that, I didn’t watch too much of Harry Porter or LotR, never played Skyrim for the same reason. I know I’m missing out on a giant chunk of cool media that’s great and interesting but I just can’t bear this time period + magic. Unfortunately.
I might try something that’s incredibly good and super popular but I probably won’t like it in the end, even if I’m coming in with no prejudices against the world.
Well tbh I’ve heard a lot about the gameplay in Shadow of Mordor being great, so I played it when it was temporarily free on Steam. The gameplay didn’t feel like anything special so combined with the world I disliked, I didn’t last long in it.
And also, isn’t Copilot in other MS products besides Windows as well? Even if not now, it could be in the future. This naming would make it limiting to expand.
