In case you’re genuinely asking I’ll have a go at breaking it down. The left two panels show the actor Roddy Piper as the main protagonist in two stills from the movie They Live (1988) where an alien race has blended in with the general population and put subversive propaganda around that the general public can’t see. The protagonist finds some glasses that, when worn, mean he can see the alien’s true form and all the propaganda slogans they have put up behind billboards etc. The meme is showing that when he puts on the maga hat (the opposite of putting on the glasses) he sees only Jeffrey Epstein in the picture (top right frame). When he takes off the maga hat and is seeing the real world (like putting on the glasses in the movie), he sees the same picture but with Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump. This is making a comment about the current news regarding the release of the Epstein List and whether Trump would release it, potentially incriminating lots of high society people. There has long been speculation (and circumstantial evidence) that the list is highly likely to include Trump but Maga are pretending like he isn’t on it even though they have long been documented to have been very close socially.

I take the detergent tray out after every wash so it dries properly. Occasionally wipe the tray slot down if it needs it, and wash the tray. Seen a few horrible swamps in shared housing over college years.
