I think he’d probably ask for too much money, which in Godot’s case would be better spent elsewhere.
I think it’s much less likely with Paralives since the people in charge are the same people who are passionate about it. It isn’t beholden to shareholders like PDX is.

iirc we’ve known about Sims 5 since before PDX’s game got announced, but maybe not. The biggest competitor was always Paralives to me anyway, since it looks better and more polished.
