The oath breaker king ( in book) is like “release us”, but the context shows us he means “release us OR…” they’re just barely under Aragorn’s control. They’re not a weapon to be put away and then used again later, not even against Sauron. They’re poisoned and corrupt beyond redemption. All Aragorn can do, after they keep their oath to him, is give them permission to evaporate into the void. EDIT: I just flipped through ROTK and can’t find a scene where Aragorn dismisses them. They never speak to him, he orders them verbally to follow him to the Stone of Erech. I mixed up the book and movie, it seems.

It won’t matter if you do, unless you’re a Party member. Example: the completion of the Three Gorges Dam was accompanied by forcing upwards of 30 million people to move. No compensation or new housing provided…just move somewhere else or you’ll drown. Fascinating book based on his long term reporting (I think New York Times IIRC), “River Town” by Peter Hessler. He was there, he lived it.

Any little casual simulators by Kairosoft, the pay to play “full versions” are pretty cheap. Manage a lil apartment building, manage a tiny sushi restaurant, manage a little Japanese village. 8 bit style, very soothing. The free versions are quite limited in scope and cut you off from further progression after a few levels, but no microtransaction reminders, either. The mention of “Dungeon Village” reminded me, is that Kairosoft?

Reigns is so stressful, do not want! What are you trying to do, I’m spiraling just being reminded!
