There are 5 DLCs that are missing: Forza Horizon 4: Hot Wheels™ Legends Car Pack Forza Horizon 4: Mitsubishi Car Pack Forza Horizon 4: Treasure Map Forza Horizon 4: 1967 Sunbeam Tiger Forza Horizon 4: 1979 Talbot Sunbeam Lotus
