Sorry everyone. Really. I thought I had a fun little joke going for this year’s April 1st, and during testing everything seemed to work fine.
But just like not even the best laid out plans survive an encounter with an enemy, it seems that my haxx0r c0ding skills don’t survive a real April 1st.
So, again, I’m sorry, but April 1st is canceled and going forward the month will only have 29 days starting on the second. We’ll give the extra day to February. That sucker looks at me with those anemic kitten eyes for years now, so it will surely be happy to get a day more. Update your calendars.
There’s this super interesting phenomenon where some things are universal across every civilization and era. Sayings that are valid in highly advanced civilizations, or found in the etchings of long forgotten empires, as well as generational knowledge of small indigenous tribes without outside contact only told to the next generation on moonless nights in the deepest of jungles. They all use different words and some don’t even use words at all, but the meaning always stays the same: Don’t anger the Myne.
