He probably has an EMP gun or something that would just knock them out of the sky. One would also need to construct every piece of the drone themselves from scratch to avoid having parts traced. Ala, Luigi and his 3D printed gun. Just don’t travel or run errands with your 3D printer, your “Autonomous Drone Swarms for Dummies” book, or your manifesto on your person like some kind of cartoonishly stupid villain…
There are radio jamming guns but they don’t really stop drones, just the pilots from controlling the drones. And that’s circumvented by fiber optic drones like they use in Ukraine.
I don’t think body guards are going to help when someone sends a swarm of drones his way.

Some people don’t care if they get caught. If that’s true, any consumer drone would work.
