It’s nice to see this series come back from a bit of a break. I had a terrible time remembering things and had to go back and reread a bit. One of the things I like about this story is how much the MC cares for their friend from the other world. Other chapters show her writing a diary of sorts addressed to him as well. It’s a nice way to use the isekai angle to better explore the character rather than it just becoming a straight fantasy.

It emotionally reminds me of friren. A longing for someone you can’t meet anymore.
