It really turned out so cool! I didn’t know you could pose it once it was completed! Congrats! You did a fantastic job!
You’re too kind, and I appreciate it. It was a fun build. I had turned my nose up at the Mater Grade models due to their reputation for being difficult. I thought they were needlessly so just for the sake of being a “filter” for the hobby. But, this build really changed my mind. There are a lot of small parts and it is a difficult build but the level of detail and recreation was amazing.
Oh yeah, the poseability of these kits is incredible. Some people have a lot of fun with it.
Fuckin NOICE! how long have you been working on it?
Tbh I was actually expecting a “i caught up on One Piece” post but this is better
Oh God no. I hate pirates. Except space pirates. But it took me a few hours the first day and then about 8 hours today. First day I didn’t take any breaks and I wore my eyes out, so I ended up stopping much sooner than I would have liked. But today my wife made me take a five minute break every hour and I was able to knuckle down and get it done.
Oh my fucking God.
Is that a Z-board I see? I had one of those forever ago. Think I ended up tossing it when I discovered mechanical keyboards.
Super neat idea though.
I got it waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back at like 19-20 so about 20 years ago. And I’ve been meaning to change keyboards as well. Need something for these ham hands I have.
Wow so cool!
How much did you enjoy the building process?
Are you planning to make a photoshoot sticking it into cool places?
I enjoyed it a lot. I have to admit, I originally wasn’t keen on the Master Grade models. Felt they were just too much; preferred the Full Mechanics to them. But this model really changed my opinion.
Nicely done! Barbatos is one I’d like to build as well someday. Gotta love that giant mace.
IBO is my favorite of the Gundam series.
